Wedding Cake Ordering Information

Planning a wedding is such a wonderful and exciting time however it can also be daunting, We aim to make the process of designing and ordering your wedding cake an enjoyable experience with simple pricing, no hidden or extra charges and a few little extra luxuries for you along the way.

Our aim is to create for you an exquisite wedding cake with a first-class service. No two cakes are the same and each wedding cake, regardless of size or design is made with the highest attention to detail and our prices reflect this bespoke, personal and premium service and will depend upon complexity and design.

It is so important that every bespoke wedding cake looks elegantly beautiful and is the cake of your dreams. However, we firmly believe that the taste of your cake is just as delicious and luscious as the design. We want you to be able to try a wide range of flavours to make sure that you can choose the perfect flavour for you and your guests. For this reason, we offer a free wedding cake consultation including tasting whereby we can meet to chat about cake design and you can also try 5 of our delicious cake flavours of your choice. 

This is offered irrespective of the size of your wedding cake

All our cakes are made to order and some require hand modelled details which need to be made in advance. To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering as far ahead of your wedding or special event as possible as many dates are booked in excess of 12 months in advance.

Average prices are provided below however, at our consultation or following our discussing your dream cake in more detail, a firm price will be provided. 

We can also advise on ways to reduce the cost of your cake by, for example, incorporating a dummy tier which will retain an impressive yet elegant design at less cost.

Semi Naked cakes:   

2 tiers average between £280 - £320

3 tiers average between £350- £400

4 tiers average between £400- £480

Fondant Iced Cakes:

2 tiers average between £290 - £370

3 tiers average between £380 - £600

4 tiers average between £600 - £750

5 tiers average between £650 - £950

For weddings more than 12 months in advance we take:

•  a small 25% deposit within 7 days of order which will secure your booking 
•  followed by a further payment of 25% 12 months before the event date
•  followed by a payment of the remaining balance which is due 1 month before delivery 

               or collection of your cake. 

For weddings less than 12 months in advance we take:

• a 50% deposit within 7 days of order which will secure your booking
• followed by a payment of the remaining balance which is due 1 month before delivery    

              or collection of your cake. 

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card or cash. Full payment must be received before the due date to ensure delivery.

Bookings will only be secured in our diary once your deposit has been paid.

Serving Yorkshire and surrounding areas, we will deliver and set up your wedding cake at your venue within 15 miles of our Harrogate studio at no extra charge. Delivery further afield can be arranged for a small charge. 

We will also liaise with your venue ahead of delivery to ensure that everything is arranged for you taking all the stress and worry away from you.

You can collect orders of 2 tiers or less, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur after you have collected your cake from our premises.
